A Nez Perce County commissioner charged with sexually assaulting an acquaintance has pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor charges and has been given a suspended sentence.
The Lewiston Tribune reports Michael A. Grow had been scheduled to go to trial Monday.
He will leave office early next month after losing his bid for a second term.
