Reduced charges accepted in fatal crash | News
A Lewiston woman plead guilty to Reckless Driving in connection with a crash that killed a 34-year-old man in February just south of Moscow.
Alisha Nielson, 33, lost control of her vehicle coming down Riesenauer Hill on US 95. SHe slid on ice and stuck Shane Moyer who was outside his semi-truck and trailer putting chains on. Moyer died from his injuries two days later at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
Nielson previously plead not guilty to vehicular manslaughter in September but agreed to plead guilty to reckless driving as part of a plea agreement.
