Cougs take flag to new heights | Community Spirit
It’s tradition to fly the WSU Cougar flag wherever you are in the world, but the WSU Physics and Astronomy Club took the tradition to new heights. During Mom’s Weekend, the club launched the flag 100,000 feet into the atmosphere. Crimson and grey was filmed flying above the earth before returning. WSU’s Brenna Kelly has the story on Cougs in space.
The flag is up for auction on ebay.
